This privacy policy applies to the processing of the personal data of customers who place an order on one of the Proscle platforms (Android app, web app or website) Proscle is responsible for the processing of this personal data and takes your privacy very seriously. Therefore, Proscle adheres to the requirements of the basic data protection regulation (DSGVO) when processing personal data
Which personal data do we use?
Proscle processes your data because you use one of our services. The following data are used for the following purposes.
Prevention of fraud
We also process some of the above personal information to prevent fraud and other forms of misuse. The legal basis for this processing is that it must pursue a legitimate interest of Proscle (prevention of fraud) within the meaning of the DSGVO
Analysis
We use some of the above mentioned data to improve and develop our service. We make sure that only data which cannot be traced back to you is used for this purpose. The legal basis for this processing is that it must pursue a legitimate interest of Proscle (analysis) in terms of the DSGVO
Age
Our platform is not intended for persons under the age of 16, and we do not intend to collect personal data from customers who are younger than 16. However, we cannot verify the age of customers and therefore advise parents to monitor their children's online activities to prevent their personal information from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information from a minor without consent, please contact us at dpo@Proscle.com. We will then proceed to delete that information.
How long will the data be kept?
Proscle does not store your personal data longer than the purposes for which your personal data was collected. We will only store your personal data for longer if required by law. Proscle deletes most of your personal data at regular intervals.

Proscle will never sell your data and will only pass them on to third parties if this is necessary for the platform to improve our service or if it is required by law. If data is passed on, Proscle will make sure that the personal data is processed according to the DSGVO and that all security standards are observed. Among the third parties with whom the data is shared are:
- IT service provider (Firebase from Google): for the purpose of data storage and analysis
- Payment service provider (Stripe): for the purpose of processing payments
Firebase
In order to constantly improve and optimize our offer, we use so-called tracking technologies. For this we use the services of Google Firebase. Google Firebase is a service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ('Google'). Google Firebase uses tracking technologies that enable an analysis of how you use our services. This means that information about the use of our app is collected and transmitted to Google and stored there. Google has undertaken to comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Agreement on the collection, use and retention of personal data from EU member states, as published by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our app and to provide us with additional services related to the use of apps. Stripe
In order to offer online payments we need a payment service provider who handles the transactions and forwards them to the restaurant. For this we use the services of Stripe. Stripe is a service of Stripe Inc, 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Stripe has committed itself with a Privacy-Shield certification to comply with the Privacy-Shield Agreement between the EU and the USA published by the US Department of Commerce concerning the collection, use and storage of personal data from the EU member states. Push messages
So-called push messages are messages that are displayed on the start screen of your mobile device unless you have deactivated them in the settings of your mobile device. To send you push messages or in-app messages (messages that are only displayed within the app), we use Google Firebase technology (see Firebase in this privacy policy). Your mobile device is assigned a pseudonymized push reference. This serves as the target for the push messages or in-app messages and is used by us to display push messages or in-app messages on your mobile device
Server Log data
If you use our platform, the following data is transferred via your terminal device and temporarily stored in a log file:
- type of terminal device used and operating system
- pages/screens called up
- IP address of the requesting terminal device
- date and time of the server request
Saving such data in so-called server log files is necessary for technical reasons and to ensure system security. This data is evaluated anonymously for statistical purposes and to improve the quality of our app. An assignment of this data to a specific or determinable natural person is neither carried out by us nor by third parties on our behalf. Personal user profiles are also not created with the help of this data
Use of cookies
To design the online platform to meet your needs, we work with pseudonymised and anonymised user profiles, which we do not subsequently merge with your name or other information that identifies you. In order to make our offer as pleasant as possible for you, we therefore use so-called cookies, like many well-known companies. Cookies are small text files that enable the recognition of the user so that the user does not have to register each time. In addition, cookies can also help us to adapt our offers to your interests. We use cookies to analyse the use of the offer and to provide you with interesting information. Of course you can also use our offers without cookies. End devices can be set up in such a way that cookies are generally rejected
Your rights
You have the right to receive free of charge information about the personal data we hold about you. You also have the following rights:

Unless you give Proscle your consent to process your data, our service will stop working for you and you will not be able to use the platform to order from restaurants.

Proscle reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and other legal provisions.
