  • Usage Data: We collect information about your activity in the App, such as features used and time spent.
  • Device Information: We collect information about your device, including model, operating system, and unique device identifiers (e.g., for analytics).

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO): To provide the App's core functionality (managing athletes/teams).
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO): For optional features like analytics access or receiving marketing emails.
  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO): To improve our App, ensure security, and prevent fraud.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Processors

We use third-party services to operate the App. These providers may process data on our behalf.

A. Google Firebase

We use Google Firebase provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

  • Authentication: To manage user login (Email, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In).
  • Cloud Firestore: To store user and application data in the cloud.
  • Cloud Storage: To store user-uploaded files (images/videos).
  • Google Analytics for Firebase: To analyze app usage. IP addresses are anonymized.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: To report app crashes and improve stability.

Data Transfer: Data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure data protection.

B. Sign-in Services

  • Sign in with Apple: Provided by Apple Inc. If you use this, Apple provides us with your email (or a relay email) and name. Please review the Apple Privacy Policy.
  • Google Sign-In: Provided by Google. Providing access to your basic profile info. Please review the Google Privacy Policy.

5. App Permissions

The App may request access to device features:

  • Camera/Photos: To upload profile pictures or team logos. You can revoke this permission in your device settings.
